Hello, my name is Serhii, I’m 33 years old, and I’m interested in wireless technologies and setting up network equipment. But let me start from the beginning.

Back in school, I started getting interested in computers. I could install Windows, necessary programs, configure things, or fix issues on my own. I often helped my friends and acquaintances with these tasks. Later, I became interested in creating websites. In 2012, I created a blog where I shared my experiences and solutions to computer, smartphone, and other device issues. It was very successful, attracting many visitors and comments. I helped visitors by answering their questions, and in the process, I learned and gained a lot of experience. I sold it in 2014 because I wanted to move forward.

It was through this blog that I became acquainted with network equipment, wrote several guides on the topic, and really enjoyed it. I also realized that it was a very relevant and in-demand topic. So, for over 10 years now, I’ve been passionate about and working with network equipment. I’ve encountered a huge variety of devices, gained a lot of experience in configuring different functions, and solving internet connectivity issues on various devices. I can connect and configure any router with my eyes closed:)

That’s why I decided to create FixConnecting and share my experience through step-by-step guides. My main goal is to help people solve various internet connectivity problems on their own, set up routers, repeaters, Mesh Wi-Fi systems, Wi-Fi adapters, and other equipment. I also help fix various errors in Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, etc., and resolve Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and Bluetooth connectivity issues.

In this work, it’s very important for me to create practical guides. When I can verify everything myself, set things up, take photos or screenshots. You can read about how I write articles and what tools I use for that. Feedback in the comments is also very important to me. I’m happy to answer all questions and try to help. I’m also grateful to everyone who shares useful solutions and their experiences. Testing all solutions in practice and providing help in the comments are the two main features of FixConnecting.
